Booking Policies: Appointments can be changed online or on the Silk Barbershop mobile app. Appointment changes can be made at least 2 hours before your allotted time. Late changes and unexplained no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee to be paid before your next visit. Silk Barbershop reserves the right to decline clients who repeatedly disrespect our policies.
